We combine tech-driven efficiencies with a hands-on borrower experience to move deals from application to closing faster than legacy retail lenders. We’re expanding our remote brokerage team with Licensed Mortgage Brokers (MLOs) who already hold—or can quickly obtain—a Texas MLO license and thrive in a fully digital, commission-based environment.

What you’ll do

  • Own the borrower journey from first contact through funding, delivering clear guidance and frequent updates.
  • Source and nurture your own pipeline via referrals, digital marketing, Realtor partnerships, and Raider Mortgage lead programs.
  • Analyze borrower financials, structure loan scenarios that align with long-term goals, and secure competitive rates from our wholesale lender network.
  • Present pre-qualification options, issue Loan Estimates, and ensure borrowers provide complete documentation promptly.
  • Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to anticipate issues, solve problems, and keep timelines on track.
  • Stay current on Texas lending regulations, licensing requirements, and industry trends to safeguard compliance and advise clients.
  • Keep client and partner data up-to-date in our CRM, document key touchpoints, and leverage our tech stack to automate follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtor partners and referral sources across Texas.

What you bring

  • Active Texas MLO license (or the ability to secure sponsorship/transfer immediately).
  • Proven success as a mortgage broker or loan originator within a brokerage/wholesale environment.
  • Strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, non-QM, and down-payment assistance programs relevant to Texas borrowers.
  • Tech-savvy mindset—comfortable with digital LOS, CRM, pricing engines, and modern productivity tools (we’ll provide the stack).
  • A self-driven, entrepreneurial approach and the resilience required for commission-only income.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can translate complex lending concepts into plain language.
  • Outstanding organization and follow-through—your borrowers, partners, and internal teams always know the next step.
