What you’ll do

• Cultivate and service your own book of business—generate leads, manage client relationships, and close transactions across Texas.
• Deliver concierge-level customer service through listing prep, showings, negotiations, contract execution, and closing coordination.
• Market properties using Raider Realty’s in-house creative, MLS syndication, paid advertising, and agent-branded campaigns.
• Evaluate comps, pricing strategies, and investment scenarios to advise clients confidently on offers, counteroffers, and long-term value.
• Coordinate seamlessly with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and vendors to keep timelines tight and deals on track.
• Maintain meticulous transaction records, CRM updates, and compliance docs in our brokerage platforms.
• Stay current on Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requirements, local market trends, and emerging real estate tech.

What you bring

• Active Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license in good standing.
• Track record of closed transactions (buy, sell, or investor) within Texas.
• Strong negotiation chops and the ability to communicate complex contract terms clearly.
• Tech-forward mindset: familiar with digital CRMs, e-signature workflows, MLS systems, social media marketing, and productivity apps. (We’ll arm you with a full digital toolkit.)
• Entrepreneurial drive—comfortable operating on commission-only income with flexible hours and remote autonomy.
• Stellar client service habits: responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
