We’re hiring experienced Movers who can handle the physical demands of the job, deliver outstanding customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced team that values reliability above all.

What you’ll do

• Load, secure, transport, and unload residential and commercial possessions with care, ensuring nothing shifts, breaks, or goes missing in transit.
• Prep homes and offices by padding, wrapping, boxing, disassembling, and reassembling furniture.
• Navigate job sites safely, protect walls/floors, and complete paperwork, condition reports, and customer sign-offs.
• Communicate clearly with customers—set expectations on timelines, handling, and special requests.
• Coordinate closely with crew leads and dispatch to keep routes and schedules on track.
• Maintain Mint Moving Co. equipment, trucks, and tools—report issues immediately.
• Uphold safety protocols during lifting, driving, and on-site operations.

What you bring

• Prior professional moving experience (residential or commercial)—you’ve done more than delivery runs.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 75+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from dispatch locations; consistent on-time attendance.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset—even when the day gets hectic.
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, and overtime based on client demand.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is a major plus; truck-qualified drivers earn a higher hourly rate.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for dispatch instructions, timekeeping, and customer signatures.
